I would greatly appreciate a quick response to this question.

We are trying to use the Invoice / Sales Order features in Zoho CRM, but it is clunky and time consuming.

Why are we not able to just key the product code directly into the Product Name (on the first screen after selecting Sales Order or Invoice). Why do we have to go to an additional screen, then enter the product code (or name), and then click to confirm it is that product.  This is just a waste of time. I can't convince my colleagues this is worthwhile.

Surely there is a better, faster solution to enter these orders.
