I have my iPhone synced to my Zoho mail via EAS. However, I am unable to delete messages or to move messages from one folder to another.

When I try to delete or move a message, I get the folowing error messages:

DELETE -  error message is " Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to the mailbox Trash"

MOVE - error message is " Unable to Move Message The message could not be moved to (any chosen folder)"

I have deleted and re-added mail account. Still receiving error. 

Please advise...
