iOS notifications not pushing

iOS notifications not pushing

I have a small group and one of my guys is not receiving any push notifications on his mac desktop app or on his iOS device. He's in another state, unfortunately, I can't troubleshoot it myself, but as a stakeholder, it's important we get this figured out.

We have tested on web-based, desktop and mobile, all settings are enabled, and none are allowing push alerts. Please review and advise ASAP. Thanks.

                                                On Android, I used to get notifications on my phone whether I was in the app, or it was started. Then about a month ago, I stopped seeing notifications on my phone UNLESS I had already started the app. So if I reboot my phone, and never start the app,
