IP Address From Windows Matching Different than IP showing in Ipconfig

When I show the added user ip address is starts with 76.  Through the dos cmd I show 192. which is the address of the router. Where is Zoho getting the ip address from my windows 7 machine?. The reason why I ask is I want to develop an application based on ip addresses in an office so only the machine's in the office can connect to the app. I basically want to build a list of ip addresses in Zoho and test the incoming ip to ensure it's on the Zoho data base.
