Is any one else have problems connecting to unlisted IP Addresses?

Meaning, when you are traveling and don't know what IP Address you'll be using, you can't get into Zoho.

and yes, I've turned in a ticket to Zoho. and yes, they keep telling me to do things and send pictures of my screens.

and no, I don't have an option under Setup/Users and Permissions

and no, I don't have an option under My Account/Securities - only to add IP Addresses
