While playing with the email settings I activated the "IP restriction" by mistake. Now I can't login to my account. I also wanted to purchase one of your plans, but again, I can't get into my account.
I have placed some tickets, but no answer or signs that were received. I really would like to pay for some of your services, but I need to resolve this before pulling the trigger.
Does somebody knows how long they (Zoho) takes to resolve your ticket?
