iPad App not syncing field name and options changes done on the Website
Hi,
Previously we set up customised fields on the Accounts Forms and Contacts Forms.
And we used iPads to access Zoho CRM to update Accounts and Contacts properly.
Recently we edited the name and options of some of our customised fields on the Accounts Forms.
However, the iPad app is not showing and reflecting the updated field names and options.
And hence, we cannot update/save changes made to these fields too as it’s still showing the old fields name and old options that we’d either removed or new ones not showing.
Is there a refresh or update button for use on iPad CRM app to force sync the changes between iPad and Windows version.
Please help.
