iPad not syncing with the website changes
Hi,
Previously we set up customised fields on the Accounts Forms and Contacts Forms.
And we used iPads to access Zoho CRM to update Accounts and Contacts properly.
However, recently we edited the name and options of some of our customised fields on the Accounts Forms.
However, the iPad app is not showing and reflecting the updated field names and options.
And we cannot update/save changes made to these fields too.
Is there is refresh or update button for use to force sync the changes between iPad and Windows version.
Please help.
