iPad Reminders that go into iCloud don't get on iCal for the iPad but do for iCal for Mac OS X in a separate reminder field.
Perhaps you can integrate with Apple's iCloud, and bring dated Reminders into the actual calendar view of the Zoho Calendar. That's one thing iCloud doesn't do.
