iPhone Authenticaion problem

I just set up a Zoho account to give it a try, and all seems good, but for some reason I can get it working on my iPhone.

I've followed the process here http://zsync.zohosites.com/iPhone.html but all i'm getting continually is "Password Incorrect"

I've typed it numerous times and even reset the pw within zoho, butg no success. Any ideas?
