Entering lead information: Every time I click on a text box it animates over to a different screen for data entry, and then I need to click "done" and then select the next box. 

This seems like it was done for the sake of making it look interesting, but it makes it makes the app extremely impractical for use.

The screen should stay the same. You should automatically jump to the next text box after entering data.

I love that I can get a phone call and enter data on the fly. I hate that I have to say "Slow down, tell me your number again."

Big big pet peeve when it comes to this sort of thing. Please fix this or at least give me a reason why it was designed this way, other than "it looked pretty".
