Updated Date & Time -> Connecting -> Checking Mail -> Downloading 1 of 4 (progress bar does not progress) -> and then cycles back to Updated Date & Time -> Connecting... etc etc
I have triple checked my username and password details, port numbers, incoming and outgoing server names and all correspond to the support documents. I have SSL switched on for both incoming and outgoing.
I am at a loss as to what I can do. I can receive email through other services on my iphone, it is only this account that is not working. No error message either. I can access my mail from a browser on my laptop.
Any assistance is appreciated.
