Iphone login authentication fails: user name or password incorrect?
I am having trouble creating a new account for my zoho email address on my iPhone.
Even though the credentials I am inputting are accurate, and I don't have 2-factor authentication enabled, and I have both IMAP and POP enabled.
It works flawlessly on my desktop client (and of course through zoho webmail), but when I try to create a new account on my phone, it tells me 'The user name or password for "imappro.zoho.com" is incorrect.'

I have tried both imap.zoho.com and imappro.zoho.com (imappro.zoho.com is what the desktop client uses and it works, but I wanted to try both).
My phone is an iPhone 7 and is up to date.
I have spent hours on this and I'm super frustrated. I see on the forums that many others have had this issue and I didn't find a solution so I'm going straight to you for support.
