iphone not sending email

This topic has been on the forum a couple of times, but with no answers or replies. I have set up my iPhone with my personal domain name as the instruction say to. I have updated the MX records and can send and receive email from the web, but only receive email and NOT send email from my iPhone. I have included the screen shots of the error message and my SMTP settings screen. Please let me know what I might be doing wrong here. Thank you for your time in advance.
