IPhone - Pivot/Summary View

My reports have Pivot View and Summary View. We use iPhones to view the report; It was working good till March 23rd. Suddenly it stopped displaying values. The reports are not showing correctly on phones; The details are not coming up. I already tried to contact the support team and left voicemails and email. Nothing back from them yet.
