Is a b2c setup necessary or just work with b2b?
Just getting started with my setup and was wondering if it's just better to leave everything the way it is by default or go ahead and customize for b2c?
Our company deals direct with consumers.
One of the reasons i like the b2b setup is all the fields already transfer to each stage properly. (Quotes, Sales Orders, Invoices all populate the fields properly coming from "Account") If I setup for b2c, can I remap the fields from "Contacts"? I don't see any remapping options for Quotes, Sales Orders & Invoices. If I create a Billing Address field in "Contacts" will it populate then to "Invoices" upon creation?
Any help would be appreciated.
