Is anyone working with multiple organizations?

I own an LLC that has two different DBA's associated with it. There is some crossover between clients from Company A to Company B, and vice versa. I am curious if anyone else is in this situation. If so, do you have two separate Zoho accounts or is there away to keep it all in one database?
