Is email for CRM working?
We love and recommend Zoho apps.
Lately we have had issues with sending mail.
A ping for crm.zoho.com indicates the following:
Ping has started ...
PING crm.zoho.com (74.201.154.150): 56 data bytes
--- crm.zoho.com ping statistics ---
10 packets transmitted, 0 packets received, 100% packet loss
Any suggestions on resolving this would be appreciated.
