Is IMAP Migration possible for free individual account users (not business/domain users) for Yahoo Mail?

Is IMAP Migration possible for free individual account users (not business/domain users) for Yahoo Mail?

Hi... I'm new here and opened an individual user account a few days ago--name@zoho.com.  Is IMAP migration possible for individual users, as you User Guide seems to only address business/doman users for migration.  POP would be a slow hassle for me. 

I've been with Yahoo Mail for many years and since their downgraded version of Yahoo Mail, thousands are leaving them and looking elsewhere.  Your site and features look great, but I need to move all my email from 2006 which is a lot. I've only used Yahoo Mail exclusively and have not used Outlook, Thunderbird or others of the like.  Thank you to anyone who answers.
