Is it possible to have checkboxes in the document and print only those items that are checked?

Is it possible to have checkboxes in the document and print only those items that are checked?


On Zoho CRM, we have a document with a list of all the necessary items. Depending on the situation, we need to be able to turn off/on individual items when printing. It would be ideal for each item to have a checkbox and for the document to display only the selected items when printed. Is it possible to do this with Mail Merge, or is there any other way to achive this funcionlity
