is it just me or has the service level of customer support dropped lately?

is it just me or has the service level of customer support dropped lately?

we have reported 2 cases lately and both are left unsolved and only partly solved.

its like focus has changed from solving customer issues to closing open cases.

We have been paid users for +12 months and initially where we stunned by the high service level  - now its the other way around

Do you share the same experience ?
