Is it just me, or is zoho admin and other detailed tasks are very cumbersome/poorly implemented?

Is it just me, or is zoho admin and other detailed tasks are very cumbersome/poorly implemented?

I have 6 salespeople using zoho crm. We migrated from act and are happy with the big picture, but some of the specifics which as we get to be detailed users are .... odd...

As an example, I am trying to do something very simple. I would like all of our basic email signatures to be the same. I should be able to setup the signature that will be the default for all emails going out. If this week I want a link/picture or whatever of a new product we are introducing to be shown, I would like to add it, and it would propogate company wide! I have not figured out how to do this! I need to set each person's email signature in Tools/general info/users/signatures. Even worse, each person can do this themselves! This is an admin nightmare. For 6 people, not so bad, but imagine if you had 50 people!

So you might say, well, then just setup templates. OK, a bit of a pita as you then have to choose the template each time you send an email, and we do have templates for specifics, but holy crap, i just spent 15 min trying to find a bunch of templates I created only to find that they are for a specific module. So the same 90% of the templates I might need if I want to send an email when in leads AREN'T there in contacts, and quotes, etc. I didn't realize it was THAT module specific, I did a google search and found this thread   https://help.zoho.com/portal/community/topic/how-can-we-duplicate-email-templates-between-modules which fortunately shows how to copy, since you can't clone them across modules.

But now I have 10 templates that are the same across 3 modules. templates, that when you look at templates is super confusing since they are all the same!

Again, what is worse is I can't limit users' rights. Any of my salespeople can create their own templates.
