Dear Sirs,

 

We are a small company having some staff working at our office and others connecting remotely from their homes (some or them in other countries). We would like to avoid that email headers show their real location, as it wouldn't look serious if each employee sends email from a different location and we also would like to protect our freelancers privacy by not displaying their personal IP's.

We have run a test reverse check form an email sent from zoho webmail to a hotmail address, and the result brought back the personal address of our collaborator, which seems to indicate that zoho does not hide the IP's even if email is sent from the webmail.   We are actually using google aps and would like to change to zoho, but we need to keep the IP's private or we will not be able to switch to zoho. Is there any solution for that? 

 

Pd: we intend to use zoho with our own domain name.
