Is it possible to add an importance level for a lead?

Hi, 

As we all know, not all leads are equally important. Is it possible to visualize this in the Zoho CRM? 

For example: lead X is very important to me: I shall give him 5/5 stars. 
Lead Y is relatively important: 3/5 stars
Lead Z is not important: 1/5
...


Is this (or a similar system) possible in the Zoho CRM?
