Our company uses Zoho CRM to focus on collecting information about customers. As such, we want to be able to view all information about a given customer when the click on their name under lead/contact. The problem we are running into is that we aren't able to associate multiple people with one event.
I know you can invite multiple people to one event but when you click on a record it doesn't show the event under their open or closed activities.
I need a way to see all of the events a customer has attended, without creating a separate event for each customer. Is this possible?
