Is it possible to change a contact to a lead?

Hi all, i am relatively new to Zoho, so please forgive me if this is a silly question.

Microsoft outlook zoho add on synchronizes my contacts to Zoho contacts, however some of those new contacts i would prefer to be leads.

is there a way to move a contact to a lead?

also when signed in to outlook, i have to sign in to zoho every time, is it possible to have zoho sign in automatically?
