I have custom data fields in my Potentials area that I also want in the associated Events for the same potential.  Is there any way to avoid entering the information twice?

 

For example,  I have a custom field in my Potentials called "Programs".  Once it has data, I would like an easy way to put the same data in an identical custom field under Events.

 

Is such a thing even possible?

 

My reason for having duplicate data is so that I can have the data for custom emails and mail merge from the Potential but also have it sync from Events with my Google calendar.

 

Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks!
