Slightly more complex question. Is it possible to create a preference centre for ZOHO CRM Emails? By preference centre I mean a form for different 'opt in' (marketing lists) lists. Exactly as you would in zoho campaigns.

I know it is possible to create one in zoho campaigns but I am not using zoho campaigns.
