I'm trying to deactivate my free edition account.
My Employer uses Zoho recruits, people, CRM etc for its services which are all paid Enterprise edition. I have all of my information on this other products except CRM with the email address
didi@myemployer.com. Then recently i registered for the free edition on zoho CRM with the same email address 'didi@myemployer.com.
The issue now is that its impossible for my employer to add me to the Company's CRM since i already created my prof'ile on the free edition.
Please what's the right way to go bout this
