Is it possible to edit the views of the modules on the contact/account details?

Is it possible to edit the views of the modules on the contact/account details?

Id like to remove/ reorganise how some of the modules are shown below the details on my contacts (eg. remove "Cases" and "Campaign" from the contact details, but still keeping them on the horisontal menuline on the top)

Must stress that i would still like to keep the modules, just to have the option to make them invisible on the contact/account details: is there a way of doing this?
