Is it possible to exclude select contacts from the Contact Name search on a Potential?

Is it possible to exclude select contacts from the Contact Name search on a Potential?

I am interested in filtering selected Contact records out of the Contact Name search in Potentials (likewise, limiting the search results in the Account Name field). 

We will have whole categories of Contacts who would never be the contact for a pursuit. I'd like to exclude them from the contact name search if possible. I can think of reasons to not do this but it is something we want to try. Is there a way to accomplish this in Zoho CRM?
