Is it possible to have different users subscriptins linked to same account?

Hi,

I have the need for two kinds of users in my account:
1- the ones who have all the features offered
2- a user who will work only manually feeding leads/potentials from phone calls (basic).

Do I need to buy them all Enterprise accounts or only for category 1 and the rest will use more modest subscriptions?
