Is it possible to have Notes under an account only show notes for the account?

Is it possible to have Notes under an account only show notes for the account?

Just noticed that when I open an account it shows tons of notes because it is showing me all the notes that are under every opportunity under that account as well.  Is there a way to only have Notes on an account show ones that are saved on the account and the ones that are on an opportunity stay with that?
