Is it possible to lead score from an email sent in Zoho CRM
Currently we are tracking our email campaign 'click throughs' from Mailchimp via Zoho CRM and the fantastic lead scoring.
So far so good...
What I'd like to be able to do is to send a single contact an email from Zoho CRM, and use that email to track their click through and apply the lead score that contact builds up to their score in Zoho CRM.
My campaigns are being sent through Mailchimp, but I'd like to track individual emails to certain leads. At the moment my sales team use outlook for their emails, but there is no way to track and lead score from Outlook, so if we can lead score from emails sent through Zoho CRM that'd be excellent.
Is this possible?
