Hey there,

we just introduced Zoho CRM to our sales team.

The initial setup and introduction was awesome and it was cool to realize, that we could implement all our complex sales operations into the CRM and connect it with different other services.

But after the fantastic welcome the actual work with the CRM was quite frustrating at the start, for a really simple Reason:

My sales team always mixed up the different modules and tried to enter or get information from the wrong modules – because all of them look the same.

There were many hickups, because teammembers tried to create a new order in the accounts module, or mixed up a contact with an account etc. etc.

After a while they figured it out, but the start was rough and still sometimes problems occur because of this.

So I have a simple question:

Is there any way to change the appearance of different modules?

It would already suffice to set different highlight-colors for the modules:

Contacts are yellow, accounts are green, deals are red and sales orders blue... or whatever. :)

I think it is not a feature of Zoho CRM right now, but to increase usability/productivity I think it should.

Anyways: Do you have any idea how to implement that right now?
