Is it possible to recover lost fields?
Good afternoon Everyone,
The company I work for has been using Zoho's CRM recently. We are trying to decide if it’s the right program for us. We had entered all our records and date in the system with many custom fields that fit our business. We were under the free trial up until the other day when it expired. When we looked at our accounts all our custom made fields were gone. We are thinking about paying for the standard edition to be able to use those custom fields again, along with the other perks of the standard edition. I was wondering that if we got the standard edition, could we also recover those custom fields? Or would we have to put them in manually again?
