Is it possible to set the Company Wall or Network Wall as the default feed in an external network?

Is it possible to set the Company Wall or Network Wall as the default feed in an external network? I see it is possible in a private network. I run a good sized external network where it would make VERY good sense for our users to land on "Main Street" (as we've renamed it) when they first login.
