I am responsible for the scheduling of 35+ sites and need to share the schedule with about 150 people. Zoho seemed like it would be perfect because managers that wanted to make changes could and everyone would be able to see those changes, saving me time and energy. When I tried to share the schedule, a pop up box said I could not share it with more than 20 people. I am VERY NEW to Zoho, is there another way to share this document that I am not aware of? One that will track changes and allow me to control who has the ability to contribute vs. just reading it?
