Is it possible to share Leads, Accounts, and Contacts from CRM from 1 user with entire organization

Hello,

Is it possible to share Leads, Accounts, and Contacts from CRM from 1 user with entire organization?  We only have 1 user that needs CRM but everyone needs the contact details of our Accounts.  Is there a way to do this?
