Is it possible to trigger a CRM field update based on a Zoho Mail Send?
Hi there,
I'm working with a client who would like to have their Zoho mail email sends automatically update the last activity date for a lead/potential/contact record in CRM, and have had several individuals with Zoho Creator experience, along with Zoho support, tell me that it isn't possible. Does anyone have experience with something like this? Is this possible? There is data being generated, captured and displayed, so I'm thinking there must be some way to act on things.
Note that these are NOT templated CRM emails, they're just the day-to-day emails that are sent through Zoho mail and attached to the records under the "Emails" section.
