Is sharing having some Problem

Hi,
   I am unable to execute share script . Even though i have only one user active and 4 are remaining but then too there is a problem. I even visited the Manage Users link and there it shows 4 users remaining but share script shows error that
No. of users exceeded.
Help me as soon as possible. I am stuck.
