Is support service working?

I have been trying to migrate emails from Godaddy to Zoho. Used migration wizard and it left so many messages in Godaddy. I sent to support a supporting request 40 hours ago, but still no answer. Last time, it took around 15 hours for answering.

I wonder if support is that slow at Zoho?
