is the 250M space for one person or for full organization?

dear sir,

1, If I am a subscription user, can I enjoy the default 250M space for myself, or have to share it with others in our organization?

2, Is the additional paid space a shared one also?

3, when i prepare to send an email to one of my contact, how could i link his email address with the email writing templete to avoid retyping address?
