Is the import function for Zoho show brocken

Is the import function for Zoho show brocken

I have used this function in the past with no problem.

Now I am unable to import any power point files.

Is there something wrong with the import function or am I doing something wrong.

Import file type: powerpoint file 2003 *.ppt

Any advise would be appreciated.
