Is the system updating without our knowledge?

I feel as if anytime I open the CRM something is changed around. 
It causes a lot of confusion with our sales team, and processes they are used to using. 

For instance, the "schedule/complete call" section is completely different now and its much more difficult to use, not to mention we are unable to put in the duration of the call. In turn this causes issues with our reporting because it shows the calls as "unattended dial."

If there are going to be updates and changes could we get a heads up? Its so difficult to get someone to follow up and find a resolution with this ever-changing system. 

Does anyone else have this issue?
