Is there a place for managers make notes on users?

Is there a place for managers make notes on users?

We are looking for a way to keep record of notes we have with our Users we manage. Our reps are all over the country, so this would help us keep tabs on conversations. So far I am unable to locate a place to do this. Any help is appreciated. Thank you
