We have been on Zoho CRM Plus for over two years.  We recently added Zoho One and are on track for complete and total assimilation (resistance is futile!) by the end of the year.

One issue we've noticed is that integrations between applications is not seamless.  Is there a way to simplify integration between CRM and other modules, such as Projects, Campaigns, Desk, and others?
