The online help function leaves a lot to be desired as for reference material. I'm evaluating whether ZohoCRM would be a good replacement for ACT so far I'm not completely sold. For my purposes I need a contact management software that I'm able to update anywhere and easily accessed on various platforms PC's, Mac's and mobile devices. I would like it to handling most of my customer correspondences: request for info, emails, sales literature and calendar functions such as phone and in-person contacts. Marketing functions such as mass emailing etc would be nice but not necessary at this time. ZohoCRM seems to handle a lot of this but it seems lacking on the correspondence front. It's overly complicated to create mail merge templates on everything that I might be corresponding with a customer about. If there was a PDF format of the user manual I could create these templates easier and quicker than trying to tab to and from the only help. I would think that there are a lot of other users out there that are running into similar issues.
