Is there a value to automatic lead generation in Zoho Social?

I have just integrated my Zoho Social to my CRM, but I have a doubt about the value of creating leads automatically in Zoho Social from social media interactions. We have quite a few people each week who ask for info about our service in Facebook and many give us an email address in the message. However, other people may just like or comment on a post. If for example we automatically generate leads for people in our CRM when someone likes our page we only get a name. I see little value in that. Is there a way to have an autoresponder via the same social network for these leads so we could try to capture their contact information?
I am just struggling with why I want a list of names in my CRM which I really can't do anything with.
Perhaps I am missing something.
Can someone please explain to me how I can attempt to convert a page like to a lead, to a contact, to a paying customer without having their email address or phone number?
