Is there not a way to incorporate a "version" into the application so that in the future as users needing help that they can refer to a "version" number found by some means? (perhaps coded into report footers as an option)
I'd also like to incorporate this "system variable" into various custom report templates so the user knows what version they are on and can compare to the version that might be on the marketplace.
Granted, I have not yet delved into application distribution via Zoho Marketplace and maybe version changes notifications go out automatically to users?
Also, I had already asked via chat if it was possible to add system variables to a report template and was told "no" but this would be submitted as a user feature request. It can't be that hard to write this feature in.
